What is the cancellation policy?
For 1-week bookings, cancel at least 48 hours before check-in for a full refund of your payment. The security deposit is $500 USD.
For longer bookings, cancel at least 2 weeks before check-in for a full refund. The security deposit for these stays is $1,400 USD.
What is the security deposit?
A refundable security deposit is required at booking — $500 USD for 1-week stays and $1,400 USD for stays of 1 month or longer. The deposit is returned after your stay, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. You may bring your pets, provided they are non-barking and potty trained. Please mention your pets when you inquire so we can confirm the details.
What is included in my stay?
WiFi, cleaning, and utilities are included for short stays. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, and coffee maker. There is a washing machine on site. The stove is gas-powered, you will receive the apartment with a full tank and of course help in ordering more if your stay is long.
If you are renting long term, additional arrangements may be made for utilities and other services.
Is there a minimum stay?
You can stay as long as you like, with no minimum stay requirement. But the minimum stay for booking purposes is 1 week.
How do I pay?
Payment is not taken on this site. There is no online payment form — every booking is handled personally. But payment may be as simple as Paypal, depending on your preference and the arrangements made with our agent.
Can I stay longer than 3 months?
Yes. Stays of 3 months or longer are welcome and are handled by our agent with the standard formalities for long-term rentals in Mexico. Your agent will walk you through everything during the qualification process.
